I work with organisations internationally at the intersection of culture, people, systems and innovation. With 25 years experience in complex and regulated organisations, I consult with leaders to exploit organisational data (*especially talking to the team) to drive sustainable change that stands up to external rigour. I help leaders and managers to translate vision and engage stakeholders and teams in meaningful action. My practice spans all organisational functions and includes change programme design and implementation, ongoing people development, coaching, progress management, and the development of reporting frameworks. In education and healthcare I have supported organisations to achieve, improve and retain external quality standards such as Ofsted (UK), Care Quality Commission (UK), Qualiopi (France). In the private sector, I have worked with organisations who have needed to grow revenue and profit. My focus is always on developing people and culture, with my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology recently adding scientific evidence to previous experience.
