I spent twenty years inside some of the world's most demanding institutions — the World Bank, the European Investment Bank — appraising sustainable energy projects across four continents. What I learned there wasn't only about infrastructure. It was about what actually makes people, and the organisations they build, thrive under pressure. Today I bring that same rigour to leadership and wellbeing. I'm a PhD scientist (Imperial College London) turned positive psychology practitioner and executive coach, currently completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. I work with leaders and teams — at organisations including the European Investment Bank, the University of Cambridge, and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg — on emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and sustainable performance. I also founded Flourish Financially, a coaching programme on the psychology of money, and facilitate peer-coaching groups for senior leaders through inSymmetry International. The evidence is clear: people are not soft, and neither is the science behind how they flourish.
