Getting Started

Set up your team and launch your first campaign in minutes.

Arenevo helps team leaders and consultants measure team health through anonymous surveys, surface perception gaps, and turn results into prioritised actions. This guide walks you through the initial setup.

The onboarding wizard

When you first sign in, Arenevo walks you through six steps to get your team ready.

Step 1 — Choose your role

Select how you plan to use Arenevo:

  • Team Leader — you manage your own team and want to run health assessments for it
  • Consultant — you work with multiple client organisations and manage assessments on their behalf

Your choice shapes how the platform presents recommendations and structures your workspace.

Step 2 — Name your team

Give your team a name. A "team" in Arenevo is the unit you run campaigns for and track health scores on. You can rename it later from your settings, and create additional teams as your usage grows.

Step 3 — Tell us about your team

Three quick questions help Arenevo understand your situation:

  • How long has the team existed?
  • How big is the team? (1–5 / 6–15 / 16–50 / 50+)
  • What is your biggest challenge right now?

Arenevo uses these answers to immediately generate a personalised Starter Kit — a set of AI-curated actions relevant to your team's situation. These are available from day one, before any campaigns have run.

Steps 4 & 5 — Platform orientation

Two short educational screens introduce the core building blocks you will use:

  • Step 4 — What are Templates? A template is a set of survey questions grouped into health dimensions. It defines what you measure in a campaign.
  • Step 5 — What are Campaigns and Groups? A campaign is a single measurement round. A group is a saved list of participants you can reuse across campaigns.

Step 6 — You're set up

The wizard completes and shows the Starter Kit actions that were generated for your team. Click Start my Journey to open the Journey page, where all your actions live.
