Action Plans

How Arenevo turns survey results into a concrete action roadmap.

Once a campaign reaches its anonymity threshold, Arenevo analyzes the responses and generates a set of actions — concrete, specific steps tied to the dimension that needs attention. This is the step most team health tools stop short of: turning a score into something you can actually do.

The Journey page

The Journey is a dedicated page accessible from the sidebar. It shows all of your team's actions as a Kanban-style roadmap and is your central view for everything Arenevo has generated or recommended for your team — across all campaigns, from day one.

Navigate there via the sidebar → Journey.

Where actions come from

An action can come from one of two sources:

  • Starter Kit actions — created automatically during onboarding, based on your answers about team size, age, and biggest challenge. These are ready before any campaigns have run, so you can start making improvements immediately.
  • AI-generated actions — created automatically from a campaign's results after it reaches its anonymity threshold. Each one is tailored to the specific dimension gaps that campaign surfaced.

Some actions also come with a ready-to-use meeting script — structured talking points for the conversation the action requires, so you don't have to figure out how to raise a sensitive topic from scratch.

Status and the action roadmap

Each action moves through a simple board: To Do → In Progress → Done, with Skipped, Cancelled, and Archived as exits for actions that don't get carried forward. Drag actions between columns on the roadmap to update their status.

When you mark an action Done, you can record feedback notes on what you tried and how effective it was — building a record of what actually works for your specific team over time.

Experiments

For actions where the right approach isn't obvious, you can log one or more experiments — small, time-boxed attempts at improving a dimension, tracked alongside the action so you build a record of what's actually worked for your team over time.
