Participant Groups

A participant group is a saved list of email addresses you can reuse across multiple campaigns, instead of re-entering participants every time. This is useful for sub-teams, departments, or any group you survey on a recurring basis.

Creating a group

From Groups, create a new group and add members by email. Groups can be deactivated without deleting them, which hides them from the campaign creation flow while keeping their history intact.

Using a group in a campaign

When launching a campaign, choose an existing participant group instead of adding people one by one. Importing a group into a campaign skips anyone already added as a participant, so it's safe to import the same group into a campaign more than once without creating duplicates.
