Templates & Library

A template is a set of survey questions grouped into health dimensions. When you create a campaign, you choose one or more templates to define what participants are asked and which aspects of team health are measured.

The Library

The Library (accessible from the sidebar) shows all available templates. System templates are maintained by Arenevo and available on every plan — they cover the four core health dimensions and are the fastest way to get started.

Attaching a template to a campaign

Step 2 of the campaign creation wizard asks you to select a template. You can attach more than one template to a single campaign if you want to cover additional dimensions in the same round of feedback.

Custom templates

Custom templates are available on Pro and Business plans. They let you write your own questions — tailored to your organisation's language, values, or specific focus areas — to use alongside or instead of the system templates.

Creating and editing custom templates

Go to Settings → Templates to create a new custom template or edit an existing one. Add questions, assign each to a dimension, and save. Your custom templates appear in the Library alongside the system ones and can be used in any campaign.
