I’m a technology leader, AI consultant, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience helping companies grow, adapt, and work better. I help leaders use technology and AI to reduce busywork, strengthen accountability, and create more room for judgment, relationships, and creativity. My approach combines systems thinking with relational awareness. I look at how technology, processes, people, and patterns of behavior influence one another, then help leaders make practical changes that bring out the best in themselves and others. My background in coaching, athletics, and mind-body practices gives me a grounded understanding of how people respond under pressure. I’m an ICF-certified executive coach and Board-Certified Structural Integrator. I graduated from Columbia University, live in New York City, and am an avid rock climber.
